Go to the course page and click "Enrol Now". If the course is paid, you will be taken to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the course appears in your Student Dashboard under My Courses.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We will send a secure reset link to your registered email. The link expires after 30 minutes for security.

Are completion certificates recognised?

Yes, our certificates are digitally signed and verifiable. You can share them directly to LinkedIn or download a high-resolution PDF from your dashboard.

How do instructor payouts work?

Earnings are calculated in real-time. Payouts are processed every Friday via your linked payment method once your balance exceeds the minimum threshold.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20 % of the course. Go to Dashboard, then Billing, then Request Refund to start the process.
