Video upload requirements and best practices

Videos must be in MP4 or MOV format, at least 720p resolution, with clear audio. Maximum file size per video is 4 GB.
To upload: Instructor Dashboard → Course Builder → select a lesson → Upload Video. Processing typically takes 5–15 minutes depending on file size.
We recommend recording in 1080p with a dedicated microphone for the best student experience.
Helpful tips
- Keep individual lessons between 5 and 20 minutes for optimal engagement.
- Add closed captions to improve accessibility and SEO.
- Re-upload a video at any time. Students on the lesson will see the updated version automatically.
