Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 2026. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kanz Circle regarding your use of the platform and services.
Section 01
Provision of Service
Kanz Circle provides a cloud-based educational platform that allows users to access courses, track progress, and obtain certifications. By creating an account, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use these services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate service availability at any time to ensure system integrity or implement updates.
Section 02
User Responsibilities
As a member of Kanz Circle, you agree to fulfill the following obligations:
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Refrain from activities that compromise platform security or other users.
- Use content only for personal educational purposes.
Section 03
Intellectual Property
Ownership of content within the platform is governed by the following:

1. Platform infrastructure is property of Kanz Circle.
2. All curriculum materials are proprietary.
3. Users retain rights to their original project work.
Unauthorized distribution or copying of Kanz Circle course material is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Section 04
Payment & Subscription
Users accessing premium content agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled in Account Settings.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through our Refunds workflow and are subject to the refund policy displayed at checkout.
Section 05
Termination
Kanz Circle reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its community.
Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from account termination due to policy violations.
