Managing student feedback and reviews

Students can leave a star rating and written review after completing 30 % of a course. Reviews appear publicly on the course page.
You can respond to any review from Instructor Dashboard → Reviews. Responses are visible to all students.
You cannot delete reviews, but you can flag inappropriate content for admin moderation.
Helpful tips
- Respond professionally to negative reviews. It shows prospective students you are engaged.
- Ask students to leave a review at the end of the course using the in-video prompt.
- Your overall rating is a weighted average of all reviews.
