Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours and announced at least 24 hours in advance by email.
For real-time status, contact support or check our official social channels.
Most maintenance windows last less than 30 minutes and do not affect in-progress video playback.
Helpful tips
- Sign up for maintenance notifications in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.
- Your progress is saved automatically and will not be affected by maintenance.
- If the platform is unreachable outside a scheduled window, contact support immediately.
