Exporting your personal data profile

You can request a full export of your personal data at any time. The export includes your profile info, course history, certificates, and billing records.
To request: Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → Download My Data. You will receive a download link by email within 24 hours.
Data is exported in JSON and CSV formats.
Helpful tips
- Data exports are available once every 30 days.
- The export does not include video content, only your account data.
- Contact support if you want your data permanently deleted from our systems.
